Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Firefly Candles! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within ten days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at cs@myfireflycandles.com with your order details. Please note that return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.

Candle Safety, Warning & Disclaimer

Burning Instructions

Trim the Wick to 1/4 inch before lighting each time. Keep the candle free of foreign materials, including matches and wick trimmings. Burn the candle only on a level, fire-resistant surface. Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

Warning

To prevent fire and serious injury, burn the candle within sight, away from drafts and vibrations, out of reach of children and pets, and never on or near anything that can catch fire.
